I qualified as Chartered Surveyor (2020) and achieved a First Class Honours degree from UCEM (2020). I am working full time at JLL, previously specializing in Industrial Property in the South East and Thames Valley areas since 2015. Recently I have joined the Retail & Leisure Lease Advisory team focusing on London and the South East. I was concurrently working as Lead Student Representative for UCEM and the student trustee on the UCEM Board of Trustees, representing the student community, the term ended in 2021. The UCEM degree was in Real Estate Management. The course encompassed Property Law, Building and Construction, Property Economics, Accounting and Investment Appraisals, Valuations, Planning, and Development.
