My background in healthcare operations, administration, and management led me to this space, where I get to blend hiring and people strategy with broader organizational impact. I’m currently pursuing my master’s in Applied Industrial Organizational Psychology at Colorado State University, and I’m especially interested in using data-driven, evidence-based approaches to strengthen hiring and people strategies within healthcare organizations.
