Keeping up to date with safeguarding procedures, attending specialist training sessions and completing professional courses on child welfare and education. Developing my skills to better support children with additional needs, including but not limited to ASD, PSD, dyslexia and anxiety. Working as part of a team established across the UK to eradicate disengagement from the educator sector, one child at a time.
