ABOUT PHOEBE BAXTER-GRAHAM
Graduated with first class honours from Newcastle University with a degree in Marketing and Management. Since completing a 12-month undergraduate placement scheme with the Co-op as a buying assistant for crisps, snacks and nuts in 2018/19, I returned to the company and took on the role of Buying Assistant for biscuits, cereals and healthy snacking. I was promoted to the position of Junior Buyer for Northern Ireland and Commercial Brexit Lead before heading off on sabbatical leave to travel. Since returning to the Co-op, I have taken on the role of Spirits Junior Buyer.
