Product Ownership • Conduct discovery research, synthesize into a strategic approach to help shape the product roadmap and create deliverables such as strategy briefs and presentation decks. • Maintain clear understanding of business goals and user needs, identifying high-impact questions and opportunities, and contribute to strategic design decisions. • Lead projects from a UX perspective by taking a user-centric approach. • Effectively prioritize projects, manage tasks, communicate with the product management team, delivering projects on time and on budget. • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure the design and implementation of the product meets the vision and business goals. • Communicate high-level concepts and research insights in presentations, reports, and workshops. • Evaluate the outcome of UX design sprints to provide recommendations on how best to improve the overall product design and collaboration between cross-functional team. • Keep stakeholders updated and gather their feedback to ensure user requirements are met and the release offers no surprises. • Collaborate with product managers to understand their priorities and identify stream conflicts. User Story Management • Develop, create & review user stories. Ensure objectives, goals, and requirements are clear, and led by user research and meet overall UX goals. UX Programme Proposal • Responsible for answering questions or facilitating meetings with key stakeholders • Work with the engineering team to prioritise user stories from the backlog, driving priorities according to latest user research, business feedback, and test outcomes. • Prioritise features of the stories to ensure fast delivery of MVP so that maximum value is delivered as soon as possible. • Adjust features and prioritisation in the roadmap as needed to accommodate learnings, user needs, changing business priorities, new technology and changes in the market. • Contribute to product planning meetings.
