OVATIVE GROUP – Minneapolis, MN Sr. Director, Creative – Creative Lab – January 2023 – PresentOvative Group is an independent Media, Measurement, Creative, and Consulting firm with a vision of “transforming the measure of marketing success.” With the creation of Enterprise Marketing Return (EMR), a media metric that takes into account offline and online sales to help demonstrate marketing’s role in driving business holistically, Ovative is setting the standard for marketing activation today.Ovative’s Creative Lab is a multi-disciplinary team of writers, designers, production artists, animators, and video editors tasked with helping clients find new ways to be relevant to customers, with a particular focus on cross-channel strategy. In addition to leading work for clients as diverse as American Eagle/Aerie, General Mills, Michigan Lottery, Academy Sports, Belk, and others, I am helping to shape full-funnel strategy across Ovative.
