Having worked successfully in recruitment for many years, when the opportunity to run my own recruitment business arose in 2012, I took the plunge and didn’t look back. James Cross Ltd was born of a desire to offer a personal yet professional approach to candidates and clients alike. We pride ourselves on efficiency, quality, professionalism and simplicity all delivered in a timely and cost effective manner. Since its inception, James Cross Ltd has become a leading provider of Permanent and Contract / Temporary recruitment services, specialising in Manufacturing, Engineering and Industrial Services.Although running the business has had its challenges, I could not be happier. The goal is to make James Cross Ltd a household name within the UK recruitment market and so far I am more than happy with the progress. Of course, there is always more to be done and we are constantly striving to improve our services. Personally, my life outside of work is devoted to my three children. I hope to leave them a legacy with James Cross and inspire some entrepreneurial talent! Otherwise, I enjoy playing golf.
