I am a restructuring, recovery & insolvency partner based in the Leeds office of FRP Advisory. From this office we deal with all aspects of corporate/business restructuring involving both advisory assignments and formal recovery/ insolvency processes as well as personal insolvency matters. I specialise in restructuring, recovery and insolvency work, assisting both lenders and businesses across a range of sectors. I have experience of a broad range of assignments including- independent business reviews, restructuring businesses utilising formal insolvency processes; restructuring corporate groups to simplify their structure; solvent liquidation of companies to assist in tax restructuring and planning.
