I am a Senior Systems Analyst with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare IT sector, where I design and maintain specific computer systems and web sites that support the operation of 14 hospitals and a medical group consisting of 1,123 physicians in 343 clinic locations. I have a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Operations Management and extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in project management, AI, and leadership.My core competencies include identity and access management, software and technical training, project management, help desk management, instructional design and development, vendor management, and cybersecurity. I have successfully coordinated and overseen the staged rollout of six software packages for the Right Patient Biometrics software, increasing end-user satisfaction and usage of the Patient Registration cameras across the enterprise.
