I\'m a builder at heart — with a bias toward action, a passion for learning, and a knack for solving complex problems at the intersection of strategy, operations, and code.I currently work full-time at LevelUp Finance as Director of Operations & Product Strategy, where I help PE-backed SaaS companies modernize their ARR reporting infrastructure, build scalable data environments, and unlock strategic, decision-grade metrics. I recently rebuilt the LevelUp website and led a 0-to-1 GTM strategy that 10×ed website traffic and generated $500K+ in qualified pipeline within 90 days.On the side, I run PNMP Innovations — my consulting practice focused on fractional COO, strategic finance, and zero-to-one product builds. Through PNMP, I recently built Nerve (getnerve.ai), an AI-powered operations command center that integrates 7+ tools (calendar, email, messaging, CRM, Teams) into a single intelligence layer with automated daily briefings, a voice-to-system pipeline (dictate via Siri → AI parses intent → auto-routes to workstreams), and an AI recommendations engine. The entire platform — a $150–230K equivalent traditional build — was shipped in 48 hours. I\'m now productizing Nerve for other fractional executives and operators.Previously, I served as COO at a high-growth startup, leading org-wide transformation across sales, finance, and talent ops. Before that, I helped scale a Series A company as employee #15, building out BizOps, product strategy, and interim finance functions through 900% ARR growth and a $30M raise.
