The company is certified to AS9100 and AS9110 and operates as both a direct supplier and subcontractor within the global aerospace and defence value chain.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering LeadershipAct as technical lead across all engineering and process improvement activities, driving product quality, design conformity, and production efficiency.Collaborate with production, commercial, and customer-facing teams to align engineering resources with real-world product performance and customer expectations.Identify and implement lean process enhancements, tooling upgrades, and work instruction improvements to support production and repair activities.Evaluate and formalise technical responses to customer change requests, manufacturing issues, and process deviations.Coach and mentor junior engineers and technicians in best practices around documentation, configuration control, and engineering rigor.Quality ManagementLead all aspects of the business Quality Management System (QMS), aligned to AS9100 and AS9110 standards.
