Hi, Phillip Van Hooser here! For 35+ years, my compelling passion has been to help company leaders get better business results through authentic, engaged leadership relationships with those who work for them. I understand the frustration and financial costs that occur when leaders and employees don’t respect, trust or value each other — I’ve worked for companies where that was the culture. My work experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations roles in FORTUNE 500 gave me a front-row seat to the very real problems a lack of engaged leadership and employee connection creates. I also know when leaders and teams respect and value each other and work together to accomplish a shared vision — amazing things can happen! In my work as a leadership keynote speaker and in my leadership training and development, my driving mission is simple. Equip and inspire leaders to build successful, engaged employee relationships that transform culture and bottom-line results.
