My passion is building our communities: working on diverse, multidisciplinary teams to problem solve and create safer, efficient, and effective infrastructure to allow all users, regardless of mode, to access, enjoy, and succeed in our communities across Canada. My technical background is in structural engineering, focused on transportation structures. Teams I\'ve led have completed the design and construction administration of multiple projects throughout Manitoba and Canada, ranging in construction capital cost of around $2M to in excess of $50M. We work to sustainably maintain, improve, and build the infrastructure that our communities depend upon by completing engineering services for all stages of the infrastructure life cycle.As a people manager, I help people build the skills they need to reach their individual career goals while effectively combining those skills into high performing teams to execute our projects.
