I own and prioritize the backlog across data quality, validation, onboarding, and reporting initiatives, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria. I facilitate agile ceremonies, maintain visibility into priorities and dependencies, and act as the communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams, with an emphasis on predictability, transparency, and well-structured delivery in a regulated, data-driven environment.
