ABOUT PHILLIP ROSEBROOK
Since 1998 I have helped entrepreneurial companies across North America and several companies in Australia to create a compelling vision and strategic plan for their business. I then coach, teach and mentor these companies through this process in order to build a solid and scaleable foundation. I assist with benchmarks, financial management, goal setting, marketing planning, production management as well as capital acquisition and management. Often I help create structure and management systems in partnerships and family businesses.I spent over thirty years working in the disaster restoration industry. I started on the ground floor cleaning walls and drying water damaged structures. I filled most every position in a restoration company during my 10 years in the trenches. Since the late 1990\'s I have been working as an industry consultant helping companies improve revenue, sales, profitability and increase their company value. I have helped over 100 companies improve their business and work through the change process. Specialties: I help entrepreneurs define a compelling vision and then work with these companies to implement and achieve this vision.
