About Phillip Modisett
With nearly two decades of hospitality finance and operations experience, I am a skilled account manager at HMP Properties, a leading hotel management and development company. I use my blend of hotel operations leadership and accounting experience to add informed contributions to all aspects of my professional and personal life. I have a proven track record of managing various aspects of hospitality accounting, using M3 Accounting Core and ADP, as well as hotel operations, having led teams through renovations and new construction, select service and extended stay properties, Hilton and IHG brands. I get excited about financial statement analysis, yield management, forecasting, cost control, inventory management, budgeting and capital expenditures. Beyond my professional life I am a world explorer and enjoy living out of my backpack and traveling to new communities in the US as well as internationally to learn about cultures.
