Hired 8 engineers in 9 months → Led an agile full stack teams of engineers in architecting, designing, and building from the ground up the Convertly SaaS platform infrastructure and services on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, Cognito), using React, Javascript (vanilla), Webpack, Gulp, NodeJs, GraphQL, AWS DynamoDB. → Within 9 months, we launched and delivered a cloud-based, website creation platform resulting in a 27% increase in customer retention. → Convertly has been in operation since 2017. It is an integral part of the company\'s sales portfolio and essential platform for clients to deliver content and services to clients with zero delay. → Enhanced SaaS platform\'s features and functionality by developing tools and frameworks to develop and manage content, websites, pages, UI, user behavior, and campaigns using a variety of technologies (JavaScript, React). → Implementing Convertly\'s Cloud/SaaS strategy fueled the development of several new platforms, apps, and services, including Ad Tech, E-commerce, photo contests and blogs all of which contributed to the expansion of the entire company portfolio. → In collaboration with leadership, executed director-led initiatives that used cloud and microservices architecture to facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and operations to deploy products/services.
