I lead it every day.As Director of LifeWorks at Berry College, I lead a nationally recognized student employment program focused on creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and equipped to grow. Because when people feel they matter, engagement follows.Outside of higher education, I work with leaders and organizations who are tired of replacing great people and ready to fix what’s actually driving disengagement.
