About Phillip Dieppa

I fell in love with computers in 1992 when I entered my first chatroom on AOL. I chased my passion by building and deploying similar services to hundreds of thousands of customers within the DoD. I fought cancer along the way, never quit, and retired after 21 years of Active Duty service. I\'m an accomplished Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager with over 21 years of experience leading diverse technical teams in software development, system engineering, and cloud infrastructure. Proven ability to innovate and develop novel solutions for complex, organization-specific challenges. Adept at quickly understanding network, software, and system architectures. Strong track record in mentoring and developing engineering talent, driving modernization efforts, and advising senior executives on technical strategies.
