With over 10 years in logistics and supply chain management, I’ve spent my career optimizing warehouse operations, improving processes, and leading teams to deliver real results.Right now, I manage 24/7 logistics operations in a 980,086 sq. ft. distribution center, overseeing 90+ hourly associates and 11 salaried staff. I focus on making things more efficient, cost-effective, and scalable. That means tackling challenges like streamlining inbound operations (boosting efficiency by 37%), reducing shrinkage (cutting it down by 3.6%), and implementing a digital gate system that lowered trucking costs by 41%. I’m always looking for ways to make things better & faster processes, stronger teams, and smarter logistics strategies.But at the core of it all, I believe that great operations start with great people.
