Hi! I’m Phillip Belenky. Founder of PBNW Homes Team. Member of Seattle’s first real estate co-op brokerage, Ensemble. Established real estate broker. The one you want in your corner when negotiating a home sale or purchase. Dubbed “Captain Detail” by colleagues, I’m organized, efficient and reliably several steps ahead in the buying or selling process. With a methodical, holistic approach, I keep you well-informed so you can make the best choices and get desired results. A happy client is my pride and joy.As a kid I tagged along to showings with a real estate agent family friend and became fascinated with architecture and the relationships formed. In I moved to Seattle and feel lucky to have witnessed the city develop into something special. I knew I’d build a life here. After graduating from UW in 2004, I became a real estate agent. From living in and around greater Seattle, I have keen insight into how different neighborhoods suit clients in various stages of life. In 2018, my client load was bustling. So, I founded PBNW Homes. Our dynamic team ensures every client receives personalized attention, care and service. When you work with our team, you become family. Need a painter? A designer? A contractor? I know someone. I value long-lasting relationships with clients and have built strong connections locally and beyond. Agents in other cities recommend me to friends and clients moving to this region. That’s the power of having a far-reaching community.After 20 years with Coldwell Banker Bain and consistently ranking in the top 5% of agents nationally, I moved PBNW Homes to a new boutique brokerage, Ensemble. I’m proud to hold several real estate designations and stay on top of market trends so I can continue to be a trusted leader in the industry and help our clients. In my little free time, I’m hanging out with my husband Shane and our children, Dahlia and Laydon. We’ve planted roots in Lake Forest Park and love escaping to Whidbey Island—our happy place. Sometimes I squeeze in time for piano lessons or sweating it out on the tennis court. Then I’m back in the office, making every moment count. Helping people is what it’s all about for us.
