Adams County, PA first Chief Information Officer (CIO). A decade of experience in the public sector delivering technology services, support, and solutions through highly intensional interaction with departments. Since 2015, led the Adams County IT Department towards enhancing the customer service experience and further expanding the technical services portfolio. Further utilized the opportunity to redefine the County IT departments relationship with the County, Courts, and Elected offices. These efforts have provided the IT department the ability to focus on the intersection of technology and business, including enhanced organizational alignment with technology solutions. What was once a traditional technical delivery model, focused primarily on help desk services, is now one that provides notable business value. The CIO position is seated at the cabinet level within the organization and is viewed as a key strategic partner.
