I lead a cross-functional team of engineers and subject matter experts strengthening the security and resiliency of critical infrastructure at home, while preparing U.S. and allied Special Operations and interagency partners to deter and disrupt adversaries abroad. This work is grounded in 20 years of Army Special Forces experience — directing sensitive operations and complex projects across South America, Central Asia, and Europe, building durable partnerships, and briefing senior delegations from congressional leaders to allied heads of mission. Today, through Pareto Solutions LLC, I bring that same sense of purpose with greater independence. With the launch of our inaugural sabotage course in March 2026, we are delivering specialized training that bridges the gap between operational requirements and future force design.

Sets overall business strategy, engages clients, and oversees program delivery to U.S. and allied Special Operations Forces, interagency partners, critical infrastructure stakeholders, and federal law enforcement.Directs operations across course design, instruction, compliance, marketing, and business development. Manages financials, contracting, and grant/funding applications while ensuring adherence to federal acquisition and export control regulations (ITAR/EAR). Develops layered training curricula under the GRANITE series, integrating classroom instruction with field site visits to vital critical infrastructure facilities.Builds and maintains partnerships with industry, government, and academic stakeholders to expand offerings in unmanned systems, cyber, chemical energetics, information operations, and targeting. Also leads marketing and publishing efforts through affiliated brands The Resistance Hub (media/analysis) and The Distillery Press (publishing).Currently guiding Pareto Solutions through its startup and growth phases, with full training operations scheduled to launch in March 2026. Strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the rail and port sectors are nearing completion, positioning the company to deliver impact aligned with critical infrastructure priorities and vital national security interests.
