   Have directed three to five programmer / analysts • Developed web-based tool for dealers to plan the training of their employees and to allow corporate management to verify that dealers were prepared for the launch of a new vehicle. • Cut labor costs by over 25% by adopting an offshore model for development. One onshore and two offshore to replace two onshore. • Led the development of new service related web content that increased page views from in December to over in May 2006. • Implemented Questionmark’s Perception product and integrated it into our existing Learning Management System. This replace print and fax tests with online tests. • Integrated Sales and Parts certification requirements into the LMS which had previously been just Service. • Designed and implemented a system by which a user could upload a file of vehicles that would then cause an alert to be displayed in our service website (ISIS) when someone typed in one of those VINs.
