With ten years of hands-on experience in the fashion industry and more than five years in IT consulting, I bring a unique blend of industry knowledge and technological expertise. My career journey has taken me from in-store operations at one of the world’s largest fast-fashion companies to leading software delivery projects, shaping omnichannel strategies, and exploring the potential of Agentic AI. Along the way, I have successfully rolled out digital tools, built best practices for stores, and helped retailers transform their business models for a future-ready retail landscape. At CGI, I have supported clients in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Project Manager, always with a focus on creating value through innovation. My strength as an Account Manager is being deeply connected to my clients: I make it a priority to truly understand their business needs and work with them to design forward-thinking solutions that drive long-term success.
