ABOUT PHILLIP SCHMELCHER
I joined an Innovation Graduate Program at EY in 2023. Within the program I worked as an Experience Designer at EY wavespace Munich for over 12 months, where I independently led, designed and prepared 100+ design thinking enabled client workshops with 800+ participants.Since 2024, I have been working as a Product & Service Innovation Consultant at EY Studio+(former: EY etventure). In addition to innovation projects and projects where I act as a product manager, I have focused on areas such as Data and AI. Among other things, I have contributed to the development of numerous AI prototypes as a product manager through my co-founded AI Rapid Prototyping Platform \"EY AI Corner\".
