Responsible for the safe and optimum operation of the hydrocarbon process by monitoring and controlling production plant and support equipment, protective systems and all support utilities.\\\\n• Control and direct the operation of complex processes by operating multi DCS ABB control panels. Monitor ESD and F&G alarms.\\\\n• Implement shutdown and isolation, to include depressurising and purging/cleaning of equipment required for maintenance.\\\\n• Ensure all relevant production related data is reported, documented accurately, and pertinent records are maintained. Collate shift and tour handover data.\\\\n• Maintain compliance with all aspects of BG Group’s HSE requirements and safety culture\\\\n• Extensive knowledge of safe systems of work including permits to work and risk assessments.\\\\n• Develop and write operating procedures.\\\\n• Experience in ISSOW, currently an authorized PA (performing authority) and MIA (mechanical isolation authority). Also an authorized gas tester.\\\\n• Active member of the emergency response team from the control room.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
