Identify required materials based on production schedules and forecasts.• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the contractual agreements are reflected in the ERP system.• Communicate effectively and regularly with suppliers to foster collaboration, convey requirements, check the status of deliveries, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.• Monitor, analyze and share supplier performance KPI’s with different stakeholders (internal & external). Address any issues or discrepancies in delivery, quality, or pricing.• Participate/lead supplier performance improvement.• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.• Implement inventory management processes and strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory, in collaboration with the inventory team.• Lead the logistic activities to arrange transportation and delivery of materials on-time, to resolve any logistics-related issues, to minimize costs and improve efficiency.• Follow up deliveries, track missing parts and ensure the availability of goods for Sunswap projects.• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction within the supply chain.• Actively participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.• Implement, ensure and update the accuracy of material planning master data (in compliance with stock and logistic constraints).• Create Material Planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) & respective Source List.• Ensure materials are allocated correctly and efficiently to projects.• Review and amend master planning data as required.• Work with the wider business stakeholders to ensure production schedules are based upon material lead times and manufacturing capacity• Maintain the production schedule such that is a true reflection of the likely manufacturing outcomes.• Liaising with external suppliers and customers as required• Airtable system issue resolution.
