ABOUT PHILLIP MERRICK
I work directly with corporate clients to achieve the best out of their workplace and staff thorough simple psychological strategies and well considered design. Through detailed analysis processes and engagement we are able to advise clients on how to maximise the efficiency of the workplace with improvements to staff productivity and morale through the use of bespoke recommendations. I will also partner with carefully selected partners to offer these solutions to the wider market. As a link to my previous career in sport and fitness I am also self employed fitness instructor based at the Cheltenham Ladies College running their very popular circuit classes.
