About Phillip M.
This is a brief introduction to myself as a person. I am sociable while also being reticent and humble human being in nature. Professionally, I have been described as driven, confident in the areas that I have knowledge in and also as having a keen Information Technology, Computer Science and Business acumen. The IT industry is ever expanding and has a purpose that has been increasing in demand, providing scalability, access to securing and preserving data integrity/resources, while also ensuring that it is available on demand with 99.9% uptime (“three-nines”). I have worked for businesses in the public and private sector, from finance to transportation. Currently, I am employed by the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE), where I serve as Transportation Liaison to the fantastic schools in borough of Brooklyn. I have been employed by the NYCDOE for almost 10 years attaining strong relationships with my Directors, other superiors and fellow colleagues who I continuously learn from and support.Currently, I attend Baruch College, home of the Bearcats, where I am in my last semester to complete the BBA in Computer Information Systems program with a concentration on the Cybersecurity track. This is an amazing institution with an alumni that has strong ties in both the business and IT fields. I recommend Baruch to anyone who wants to further hone their skillset as the school has a vast network of students who have similar interests with diverse backgrounds, and additionally, experienced professors who have first hand knowledge and experience in the fields they teach providing you with tools that prepare you for the working world. They achieve this by providing you with a unique skillset in addition to your own giving you a competitive edge, professional communication skills and a variety of other skills to come in the future given the rapidly progressing advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics.Lastly, I am a freelancer, who has the qualities of being, self-motivated, self-taught and a team-player that gets the job done. If you have a software development project, deliverable and/or need advice, please feel free to message me here and I will get back to you.Thank you.Phillip Moss.“Give a man a fish you feed him for a day.
