ABOUT PHILLIP KEHOE

I manage a football, fitness, and community venue — my role is about more than just lights on, bookings in, and boxes ticked. As a General Manager with Leisure United, I’ve led and continue to lead sites that brings together people, purpose, and possibility. It’s not just about what happens on the pitch or in the gym — it’s about what these spaces mean to the people who walk through our doors. Whether it’s football, fitness, a birthday party, a quiet moment, or a child’s first-ever goal — places like ours hold memories, milestones, and second chances. Before stepping into site management, I spent years in fast-paced sales, operations, and customer-focused roles — learning how to build relationships, exceed targets, and understand what people really need. That experience taught me how to drive performance without ever losing the personal connection — a balance I bring into every community space I now help lead. I’m here to make it all run — safely, responsibly, and sustainably. That means growing the site commercially, supporting our team, working with partners, and making sure the experience for every visitor is consistent, inclusive, and meaningful. But numbers aren’t the only thing we measure. What matters most is how we do it — with care, consistency, and belief that even small moments can change lives.
