Once I have visualized the flow of that process, I can identify bottlenecks/opportunities and propose solutions and systems to maximize the desired output. This could apply to any number of areas of a business (sales, marketing, production, operations, customer/patient flow, etc). I always seek to take ownership and apply an entrepreneurial mindset to any and every role I fill.
