Through experience at Accenture, Vodafone, M&S, fifth9 and Shell am a highly experienced Programme Manager, Delivery Manager, Product Manager and Departmental Lead able to work with multiple discipline teams across different geographies. All my work areas focus on identifying areas of opportunities for clients and solving their problems as effectively as possible using the right people / process / technologies for an optimal ROI. Almost all projects are implemented in an Agile methodology.As well as standard cloud and on premise company solutions, experience includes newer technologies such as RPA, Blockchain, AI and IoT. Also experience includes trading platforms. I\'m passionate about leadership and believe your team is one of your most valuable assets, so helping them be the best they can be is a core component of leadership.Have advised the UK Government (MPs, MEPs & Lords) on Blockchain technologies as well as a number of private companies and councils. Also have spoken at a number of events regards IoT, Blockchain and RPA and how they can be used together.
