In the 20+ years that I have been performing Non-Destructive Testing, I have filled many roles within the framework of an inspection company. Technician, Level Research and development, Instructor, sales, quality, project management, and operations manager to name a few positions held. I have increased annual revenue of the department I managed and also augmented the staff by 50% in order to cover an increasing number of projects every year for 3 years as operations manager. This was accomplished by working with others as a motivated team with a collective goal of making the group as great as possible. Average retention of employees within my group was over 7 years. Some areas that I would be interested in working more would be as an instructor of NDT. Also, I would like to keep acquiring new certifications. I enjoy teaching almost as much as I enjoy learning about new technologies and techniques.

My current focus is on performing electromagnetic inspections to the highest level of quality, in a timely (cost effective) fashion for our customers. I like inspections. You like inspections.
