ABOUT PHILLIP GREYVENSTEIN

With over ten years’ experience in business analysis and process design I serve as a Power Platform consultant, responsible for the analysis and architecture design of client\'s technology eco systems. I have project experience from presales through to implementation support. I take a \"best of need, not breed\" approach to architecture design and aim to help clients build roadmaps that are flexible, modular and secure. While serving as a business analyst and inventory planning manager for a global mining and earthmoving distributor, I first entered the Microsoft ecosystem as an end-user of Dynamics 365 and Office 365 using these technologies to help optimise business processes and design. From there, I moved to achieve my Microsoft certifications and moved into a consultancy role. I believe that my business experience in supply chain and operations coupled with my technical expertise gives me a unique advantage with project delivery. I am skilled at the following: • Presales; discussing the possible, building demos and nurturing the client relationship• Facilitating workshops to understand customer requirements.• Documenting customer requirements and solution design from the As Is to To Be• Designing and building customer solutions using various tools and applications within Power Platform • Delivering training workshops and handing over solutions to customers• Supporting the sales and customer service teams throughout the customer lifecycle
