Thank you for taking the time to review my work history. The content of this document covers mostly my history in the oil and gas industry. As a 40+ year experienced Professional, I have performed and been responsible for startup / shutdown of varying processes personally or in the supervision of others. I have also developed technical documentation and provided training for the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operations of process units, off-site units, and utility units. These 40+ years have covered chemical plant operations and supervision, procedure development and training, pre-commissioning / commissioning planning, review, performing, supervision and directing; completions tracking, verification and turn over; project management. I have accomplished this by: Interfacing with the client Developing P & ID systemization Model reviews Hazard Analysis and HAZOP’s Developing operating manuals Developing detailed procedures Identifying vendor service needs Working closely with the construction groups in inspecting and accepting the completed systems Preparing punch-lists and following through with the completion of punch-lists by the construction group or the subcontractor Supervising operations, sub-contract and client personnel while executing the safe and successful pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities.
