Dukes previously worked for AuburnUndercover of the 247Sports network. At On3, Dukes will host a video show focused on highlighting top high school football recruits, intel surrounding their recruitments, as well as tracking the ever-busy NCAA transfer portal, which will be featured on the On3 Recruits YouTube channel.“Phillip has so much talent and is a rising star in our industry,” said Shannon Terry, Founder and CEO of On3. “He is a natural on the screen and is entertaining to listen to.
