With over 40 years of sales experience—including 16 years in B2B sales and more than 23 years in mortgage lending—I help clients and partners navigate complex financing with clarity and confidence.I am currently in my 23rd year of mortgage lending and my 8th year with HomeTrust Bank. I specialize in conventional, conforming, and jumbo purchase loans, one-time close construction-to-permanent (CTP) financing, and first-time homebuyers through our in-house Homeownership Now program—one of the strongest in the industry. Our CTP program is fully in-house, offering excellent parameters and guidelines for both borrowers and builders.I spend a great deal of time educating first-time and seasoned buyers alike, particularly when it comes to the construction-to-permanent process.
