As part as the Office for the Chief Engineer, I am responsible for bringing together a robust strategy and plan to deliver the enhancements to the products. My role internally was to develop and deliver the key requirements, and support the deployed teams to find the best solution available to meet them.I also worked with the airframer and EASA to obtain their support with certification of product change. Most recently, I took on a focused task to deliver a portfolio of life enhancements to the Critical components throughout these engine types.
