Phillip Clark is a legal professional, writer, restorative justice practitioner, and tarot reader. He holds an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Baltimore County and a bachelor\'s degree in Politics, Policy & International Affairs from the University of Baltimore.He has worked in a variety of legal settings as a paralegal and cultivated a depth of experience interacting with clients. Phillip has engaged in multiple aspects of civil litigation by requesting medical records, insurance liens, police reports, drafting memoranda on specific issues, and securing documents for discovery. He has also developed extensive skills pertaining to the intake phase of litigation: conducting intakes, processing information for attorney review, mailing correspondence, obtaining permission to refer declined cases to other counsel, and monitoring class action lawsuits.Phillip is intensely focused on civil and human rights, racial justice, LGBTQ rights, women\'s rights, domestic and international politics, and activism.
