In my private practice, I work with individuals and couples who suffer from psychological and relationship problems (anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction). My approach to therapy is primarily based on Contextual Behavioral Science (CBS) and Relational Frame Theory. My therapeutic modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy. I am sensitive to the cultural and spiritual values of my clients. In my life coaching practice, I utilize CBS principles and creative modalities to help my clients reach their full potential.
