OMS, originally Oregon Micro Systems, has been operating as a division of Pro-Dex for about the past 20 years and is now OMS Motion, Inc. I started with OMS in 1988 and have been there through several changes, and we now have come full circle. This purchase is a win-win for Pro-Dex and OMS. It is exciting to completely focus on motion control products while producing an exciting and creative environment for new product development.
