ABOUT PHILLIP BREMEN
Hello there, I’m a sales manager in the rigid plastics industry. Two major things are fascinating and motivating me most. First: bringing my employers’ sales strategy onto the market to increase market share, ensure profit margin and building long term customer relationships. Second: Helping my customers to achieve their short and long term goals supported by being technological market leader. Responsible for the area south west Germany I also take care of multinational companies with actions all over Europe. One of my main tasks is the coordination and control of customer requirements from a commercial point of view. Sustainability and recycling are major challenges for our industry. Recent project I was responsible for shows that we achieved significant targets in terms of light weighting formats, continuously increase of recycling content and pushing awareness for the circular economy. Those projects are aligned with our customers’ needs and our internal sustainability strategy. I’m an open minded person who much appreciate the contact and communication with customers and colleagues. Take care of my customers and working on a flexible level is also very important for me. Besides my role as sales manager at ALPLA I’m owner and co founder of the online vinotheque “Die Weinbrüder GmbH” specialized in rare and high quality wines - which also refers to my favorite hobby. Wine is passion, diversity and multicultural. Properties who also helped me in my daily business.
