As a Program Manager and Branch Chief, serving at the GS-15 level within the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), I am responsible to provide the leadership, program management, vision, and support necessary for the successful implementation of the Protected Critical Infrastructure Information (PCII) Program. The PCII Program fulfills the Congressional Mandate in the Critical Infrastructure Information Act of 2002 to support the secure sharing of critical infrastructure information between the public and private sectors for homeland security purposes in accordance with the CII Act and 6 CFR part 29, “Procedures for Handling Critical Infrastructure Information.” The PCII Program supports the advancement of integrated cyber and physical risk management through the expansion of information protection and the appropriate level of information sharing.
