I have worked in some capacity in the Manufacturing Engineering realm for over 20 years. During this time, I have been responsible for disassembly, clean line operation, evaluation, estimation, proposal generation, planning, purchasing, detail fabrication, tooling, lean conversion, and continuous improvement. I have supervised the efforts of a wide range of stakeholders from production workers to evaluators to tool makers to planners and to buyers. I served as the Lean conversion specialist at NORDAM\'s PRISM division for 21 months where our team improved every product we repaired using Lean principles. I have been working in a Continuous Improvement role for over 10 years, facilitating a wide range of improvement efforts including turn time, cost, variation, and risk reduction, design for manufacturing, 5S, and flow creationSpecialties: Lean manufacturing, JIT procurement strategy, POU inventory management, Six Sigma, PFMEA, GAGE R&R, Technical liaison, planning, estimating.
