Focused on ensuring the program is positioned for secure success by driving RMF readiness and preparing for Zero Trust adoption in alignment with DoD strategy.ACTIONS & IMPACTS: Authored RMF control documentation and accreditation materials to position the system for a smooth ATO process, ensuring alignment with DoDI 8510.01, FISMA, and DISA STIGs. Performed pre-deployment security gap analyses across system requirements, enabling early identification of risks and mitigation strategies before development begins. Designed Zero Trust adoption frameworks, prioritizing the Data and Identity pillars, and mapped them to CISA and DoD Zero Trust Maturity Models. Built a deployment sequencing strategy (NIPR → SIPR) for phased Zero Trust rollout, providing leadership with a clear roadmap once execution begins. Developed leadership-facing deliverables that ensure the program is aligned with federal cybersecurity standards, mission priorities, and FY25/26 readiness goals.
