For the past 11/12 years I have dedicated myself to the recruitment industry. I gained 6 years working for a recruitment company within two different sectors (most recently being Construction/Building) and worked my way up from Trainee Consultant to Team Leader/Senior Consultant within this time.I decided to venture out on my own and start my own firm which was a tough experience. I ran this business for 4/5 years and learnt so much within this time and feel I am a stronger person for doing this. I grew the business from nothing, gained brand new clients which I built relationships from and started to build a good reputation. Unfortunately, due to Covid the market became increasingly tough with clients unsure on future plans and a lot of recruitment was frozen and put on hold. I closed the business down in 2021.Talos Automation. A new chapter begins.Talos Automation offers a niche international recruitment brand servicing Automation clients across America, Europe and Asia.Talos has a great Automotive framework in place and offer both Direct Hire (PERM) and contract solutions with some of the worlds leading systems integrators. These include Kuka Systems, Comau, Fori Automation, VDL Steelweld and Grob Systems.Talos has supplied major systems integrator’s PLC and Robot programmers for projects with some of the biggest OEM’s in the world including VW, Mercedes, GM, Tesla, BMW and JLR to name a few.We can source candidates with the right specialist skill sets, knowledge and technical ability either locally or from other parts of the world that are suited to your specific needs and requirements.We typically work with PLC Programmers and Controls Engineers, Robot Programmers, Project Managers and Design, Commissioning and Installation Engineers to name a few.We have a strong team of 11 professionals with 10 years + experience within the Automotive and Automation industry that are able to source and find suitable candidates based on our clients criteria.We are very keen to work with new companies that share a passion for the automation industry as we do!
