As Area Executive Vice President, Phil also holds the position of Sector Leader at the Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Naperville, Peoria, Urbana, Decatur, Springfield and Davenport, IA branches. He directly engages more than 25 Key Account clients, while overseeing the approximate 850 clients serviced by the employee benefit consultants he manages. Phil maintains direct client contact and consults with existing and prospective public entity and private clients to develop and implement strategic Employee Benefit initiatives. He provides expertise in all aspects of employee benefit plan management, including healthcare reform, strategy development, creative cost management, plan design, strategic service initiatives and coordination of internal and external resources.
