In a nutshell, our team 1. balances the needs of multiple businesses with corporate initiatives to deliver the right space at the right time in the most cost-effective manner, 2. leverages technology in delivering flexible workplace solutions to support evolving work styles and hybrid working schemes, 3. understands how space is used in real-time through data driven insights to ensure optimal balance of workstations, collaboration spaces, and amenities.Day-to-day overview:• Analyzes the global tech client\'s portfolio and identifies opportunities to optimize space for existing orgs within the portfolio and new acquisitions.• Oversees the client\'s campus headquarters with headcount spaces amounting to ~15M USF.• Develops site-specific planning strategies with senior leadership, org space teams, and portfolio strategy.• Develops migration plans and sequencing of group-level relocations.• Incorporates occupancy strategy into long-range strategy documents to clearly articulate impacts to individual sites and org-level allocations.• Develops stacking diagrams by market, by building and by floor reflective of current state and future state based on three-year demand forecast and top-down headcount projections.• Informs scope, phasing, schedules and budgets for project implementation based on stacking plans and strategy.• Ensures planning is aligned with corporate & design guidelines and that all scenarios support short + long term growth and business requirements.• Develops, maintains, and reports space allocation plans, and if applicable, issues space allocation reports.
