ABOUT PHILIP KINGSLEY-DOBSON

I am the Founder/CEO/Developer of Aerovolt (aerovolt.co.uk). Throughout 2022 I think most people thought I was very much a total idiot, blabbering on about building a charging network for future electric aircraft. But now we are the first to start installing and managing public smart charging systems for electric aircraft in the UK and beyond. With numerous regional airports and aerodomes on board now. I am a self taught coder, 3D modeller, engineer and some electronics and have worked on a huge range of unique projects for the likes of EE, Sky, IBM, Apple, Samsung, BBC, Peloton etc. I have designed and built all sorts of web systems as well as designed and engineered a vast array of bespoke install projects.I’m not college or university educated. Did a bunch of GCSEs early and was a top student but left school at 16. My only experience of uni was Bournemouth University students paying me to finish coursework/dissertations for them. I was the predecessor to ChatGPT Previously created an online ticket platform called Digitix and a newspaper called The Bad News. I also used to polish and clean business jets whilst I was learning to fly and get my PPL. I know exactly what it\'s like to blow a weeks wages on a single flying lesson.Outside of work, I have a couple of light aircraft based at Goodwood and Shoreham where I fly from. Other things include, golf, tennis, gym, archery and model powerboat racing. I ride a Harley and also played rock guitar in band called INSTILL
